| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Ruchi Strips & Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Month ended December 31, 2014 for all Directors and the designated employees of the Company from January 24, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive). Accordingly, al the Directors and Designated Employees of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. |
