July 01, 2008 on the terms and condition as setout in the agreement approved by the board on behalf of the Company.
Further, subject to the approval of the members, the board of directors has re-appointed Mr. Virendra Kumar Jain as Whole time Director of the Company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. July 01, 2008 on the terms and condition as setout in the agreement approved by the board on behalf of the Company. |
