1. Adoption of Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2010 together with the report of Directors & Auditors thereon.
2. Reappointment of Mr. Udesh Dassani as Director of the Company who retires by rotation.
3. Reappointment of M/s. Ashok Khasgiwala & Company as Auditors of the Company. |
