The Board of Directors has recommended for the financial year ended 31st March, 2017 dividend of Rs.25 per share on expanded capital (equivalent to Rs.75 per share on the original capital). The dividend, if approved, by the members at the 101st Annual General Meeting to be held on August 1, 2017 will be paid on or after 11th August, 2017. The 101st Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday August 1, 2017 at Shripati Singhania Hall, Rotary Sadan, 94/2 Chowringhee Road, Kolkata 700020. |
