Further, pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 3rd November, 2017 and will open 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on 10th November, 2017.
