| Exchange Disseminated Time 25/10/2016 18:15:26 | | Rajshree Sugars & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Employee Stock Option Scheme-2012 of the Company 1,21,868 stock options (including 93,440 stock options lapsed, during the year, due to resignation/retirement of four employees) became un-exercisable on the 4th anniversary of the grant, as per the terms and conditions of vesting. Accordingly the unexercisable options as aforesaid have been brought back to the Stock Options pool and shall become available for future grants, subject to compliance with all Applicable Laws. |
