| Exchange Disseminated Time | Tamilnadu Telecommunications Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 14, 2010, inter alia, have approved the following and passed the resolutions :
1. Adoption of the Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 and Profit and Loss account for the year ended March 31, 2010 together with reports of the Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Shri. R. K. Upadhyay as Director, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of Shri. Vimal Wakhlu, as Director, liable to retire by rotation. |
