1. Mr. Vikas Chadha, Managing Director, Honeywell Automation India Limited (HAIL) has accepted a new position in Honeywell as President, Honeywell India, succeeding Mr. Anant Maheshwari, effective August 01, 2016.
Pursuant to this new position, he has tendered his resignation as Managing Director, HAIL, to be effective close of business hours of July 31, 2016. By virtue of the terms of his agreement with the Company, Mr. Vikas Chadha also ceases to be a Director of HAIL.
2. Mr. Anant Maheshwari has tendered his resignation as Director, HAIL, to be effective close of business hours of August 10, 2016.
3. The resignations of Mr. Vikas Chadha and Mr. Anant Maheshwari have been noted and accepted by the Board of Directors vide board resolutions dated July 12, 2016. |
