2. Name of Warrant Holder : Sangeeta Khandelwal
No. of Equity Shares : 25,00,000
Consequent upon the conversion, the issued and paid up share capital of the Company shall stand at Rs. 123,06,56,940/-(Rupees One Hundred Twenty Three Crore Six Lacs Fifty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Forty only) divided into 12,30,65,694 (Twelve Crore Thirty Lacs Sixty Five Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Four) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each. |
