| Exchange Disseminated Time 07/07/2016 15:46:35 | | Scooters India Ltd has informed BSE that the Government of India, Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, Department of Heavy Industry vide its letter dated April 13, 2016, has conveyed regarding an alternate arrangement for discharge of duties of CMD, SIL, Lucknow for a period of two and half months w.e.f April 14, 2016 with the approval of Hon’ble Minister (HI & PE) during absence of Smt. Vinita Srivastava w.e.f. April 14, 2016 for attending Chevening fellowship at oxford. Accordingly Shri. Pravin Agrawal, Director, DHI has been nominated to look after the duties of CMD, SIL, Lucknow for a period of two and half months w.e.f. April 14, 2016 with the approval of Hon’ble Minister (HI & PE). The Board took note of the above in their meeting held on May 26, 2016. |
