| Exchange Disseminated Time 14/08/2015 16:23:32 | W. S. Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:
1. Mr. G. Balasubramanyan, Independent Director has taken over as Chairman of the Audit Committee in the place of Mr. K. Raman, Independent Director effective from August 14, 2015.
2. The resignation of Mr. S. Suresh as Whole Time Director (Director - Operations) was considered, accepted and taken on record by the Board effective August 07, 2015.
3. A meeting of the Independent Directors of the Company was also held which considered interalia the performance of non-independent directors and assessed the flow of information between the Management and the Board. |
