| Exchange Disseminated Time | VLS Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 11, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015.
Further, the "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed from July 31, 2015 to August 13, 2015 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. It is clarified that "Trading Window" of the Company will remain closed for concerned persons as per SEBl (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015. The aforesaid closure of trading window is not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them. |
