| Exchange Disseminated Time | Manaksia Steels Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.
Further, in terms of provisions of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code), the “Trading Window” for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 06, 2015 and will open 24 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on May 15, 2015. |
