| Exchange Disseminated Time 29/01/2016 15:42:33 | Kokuyo Camlin Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2016, has discussed and approved the following:
1. Re-appointment and revision in remuneration of Mr. Dilip D. Dandekar as ‘Chairman & Executive Director' and Mr. Shriram S. Dandekar as ‘Vice Chairman & Executive Director' w.e.f. February 01, 2016.
2. Re-appointment and revision in remuneration of Mr. Ayyadurai Srikanth as 'Manager' designated as the 'Chief Executive Officer' (CEO) w.e.f. February 01, 2016.
3. Re-stated Articles of Association of the Company.
The aforesaid appointments of Whole time Directors and Manager will be subject to approval of members and Central Government, if require. The re-stated Articles of Association of the Company will be subject to approval of members. The Company will seek the approval of members through postal ballot for the above items. |
