| Exchange Disseminated Time | Alembic Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 26, 2016, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs. 0.15/- (7.5%) per Equity Share of face value of Rs. 2 each, subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Further, the Board Meeting has been adjourned for considering the Consolidated Annual Audited Financial Results which will be prepared after giving effect for the financial results of the Associate companies.
The time of commencement of the Board Meeting was 12:30 p.m. and the time of decision of adjournment was 3:15 p.m. |
