1. Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at March 31, 2011, the Profit & Loss Account for the year ended as on that date together with the Auditors’ Report thereon and the Report of the Board of Directors covering the same period.
2. Re-elected Mr. B. C. Prabhakar and Mr. Jose R. Varela as Directors of the Company, who rebred by rotation.
3. Re-appointment of Messrs. Lovelock & Lewes., Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending March 31, 2012.
4. Revision in the range of salary of Mr. B. V. Shankaranarayana Rao, Whole Director.
5. Revision in the range of salary of Mrs. Sadhana Kaul, Whole-lime Director. |
