| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Core Emballage Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 27, 2008, inter alia, has taken note of the business transacted at the Court Conveyed Meeting held on September 25, 2008 (Secured Creditors), October 03, 2008 (Unsecured Creditors and Equity Shareholders) and the Proposed Scheme of Arrangement was duly approved unanimously i.e. 100% in number and 100% in value by the Secured Creditors and Unsecured Trade Creditors and by requisite majority i.e. 98.41% in number and 99.99% in value by the equity shareholders present at the respective meetings and Executive Director & CEO to take further action in this matter. |
