Further, pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from September 23, 2016 till - October 23, 2016 and that the Trading Window shall open on October 24, 2016 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the financial results are made public. |
