| Exchange Disseminated Time 17/08/2015 18:50:36 | Modella Woollens Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board Meeting held on August 14, 2015, the resignation letter dated August 01, 2015 from Desai and Bhagtaney, Statutory Auditors was placed in front of the Board. In their letter they have expressed their inability to continue as a Statutory Auditor for the Company from August 01, 2015 onwards.
In view of this the Board decided to appoint M/s Vinay Sanjay & Associates, Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditors of the Company subject to approval by the members of the Company at ensuing Annual General Meeting. |
