| Exchange Disseminated Time | Aarvee Denims & Exports Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2014, inter alia, to consider and taken on record the Un-audited financial result of the Company for the third quarter ended on December 31, 2013 of the financial year 2013-14.
Further, Code of Conduct of the Company for prohibition of insider trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company by Insiders, shall remain closed from date of notice till the completion of 24 hours after the declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2013 i.e. close of working hours of February 11, 2014 (both days inclusive). |
