| Exchange Disseminated Time | With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 29, 2013 regarding outcome of the board meeting dated May 29, 2013, wherein the board had appointed Mr. Raoof Razak Dhanani as an additional director of the Company, Sayaji Hotels Ltd has now informed BSE that Mr. Raoof Razak Dhanani has tendered his resignation on June 16, 2013 since his appointment was not in compliance with the provisions of regulation 24(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 in relation to the Open Offer made by him vide the Public Announcement dated February 06, 2013.
Further the Company has informed that, no board meeting is held after May 29, 2013 and therefore Mr. Raoof Razak Dhanani has not been involved in any activities of the Company during the aforesaid period. |
