| Exchange Disseminated Time | State Trading Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 20, 2014 to September 25, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 58th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 25, 2014.
The Company is also offering e-voting facility to all the Members of the Company for which it has availed the services of National Securities Depository Limited e-voting platform.
The Company has decided to fix August 22, 2014 as Cut-off Date for ascertaining the voting rights of the shareholders. |
