1. the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015.

2. To seek approval of Board of Directors for notice of postal ballot for

i) Sub-division of equity shares of Rs. 10/- into 5 equity shares of Rs. 2/-each and

ii) Adoption of new set of articles of association for listed Companies in line with the Companies Act 2013.
