1. Noted the resignation of Mr. Nainesh Jaisingh, Director of the Company due to pre-occupation with effect from December 14, 2016. Consequent to his resignation Mr. Vibhav Parikh ceases to act as an Alternate Director of the Company on the same day.
2. Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Udai Dhawan as the director of the Company with effect from December 14, 2016.
3. Considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Samu Devarajan as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from December 14, 2016.
Pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 the Board Meeting commenced at 4.30 p.m. and concluded at 11.15 p.m. |
