1. To approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2015 (Q3).
2. To consider declaration of Interim Dividend.
Further the Company has informed that, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of MRF Limited, the Trading Window shall remain closed from July 13, 2015 to July 29, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
