| Exchange Disseminated Time | MRF Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 12, 2015, has transacted the following:
1. Mr. K. M. Philip, whose tenure as Whole Time director of the Company is expiring on March 31, 2015, will be stepping down from the Board with effect from close of business on that date, i.e. March 31, 2015 on account of advancing age.
2. Dr. (Mrs.) Cibi Mammen was appointed as additional director of the Company with effect from February 12, 2015. She will serve as the woman director on the Board in compliance with the provisions of Companies Act and the Listing Agreement. |
