| Exchange Disseminated Time 12/02/2016 13:25:27 | HB Stockholdings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board was held on February 12, 2016 and on their recommendation, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the following:-
- Reappointed as Mr. Vijay Sood, Managing Director of the Company with effect from April 30, 2016 for a further period of Two Years on the expiry of his current term of office on the remuneration presently drawn by him.
The approval of the Re-appointment of the managing Director shall be subject to the approval of the Shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting and also subject to such other approval as may be required in this regard. |
