| Exchange Disseminated Time | Uttam Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 23, 2010, has decided to increase the number of shares offered in the rights issue from 42,94,833 to 46,85,273 and modified the ratio of rights issue from existing 1:6 (i.e. one equity shares offered for every six equity shares held on record date along with two detachable warrants per equity share offered) to 2:11 (i.e. two equity shares offered for every eleven equity shares held on record date along with two detachable warrants per equity share offered).
Further the Company has informed that the terms of payment for the shares / warrants and terms of conversion of warrants remains the same as originally proposed. |
