Consequently he will cease to be a Key Managerial Personnel under the Companies Act, 2013 as well as Compliance Officer under the Listing Regulations. Consequently, Ms Aparna Goel, Company Secretary, who is presently AGM (Corporate Affairs) and is associated with the Company for over Eight years, has been designated as 'Compliance Officer' of the Company. Further in line with the succession policies of the Company, keeping in view her rich experience in the compliance management, and subject to statutory compliances she would be elevated as the 'Company Secretary' of the Company. The said appointment would be considered at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company. |
