Kamdar as Additional Director of the Company with effect from August 06, 2016 who shall hold the office as Executive Director up to the date of next Annual General Meeting (AGM) and will be eligible for appointment as director at AGM.
The Board has, at the said meeting, also re-constituted the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee by inducting Mr. Bipinchandra C. Kamdar as member of the Committee. |
