| Exchange Disseminated Time | Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is rescheduled on August 11, 2012 in place of August 09, 2012, inter alia, to consider the following issues:
1. Merger of The Bisra Stone Lime Company Limited (BSLC) with The Orissa Minerals Development Company Limited (OMDC).
2. Issue of Bonus Share of OMDC.
3. Issue of splitting of shares of OMDC in 1:10 ratio.
Futher the Company has informed that, the Board will also consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 on August 11, 2012 in place of August 09, 2012.
Further, due to unavoidable circumstances dividend declaration date has been revised and will be decided in the forthcoming Board Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on August 11, 2012. |
