| Exchange Disseminated Time | Cyber Media India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2006, inter alia, has transacted the following:
1. Recommended dividend @ 10% (Rs 1.00 per share) for the year ending March 31, 2006, subject to approval of shareholders.
2. Approved a Scheme of Amalgamation of two of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Cyber Media Digital Ltd and Cyber Media Events Ltd with the Company, subject to the approval and directions of the High Court of Delhi and approval of Stock Exchanges, shareholders & Creditors. |
