1. To consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015.
2. To consider & declare Interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16, if any.
Further, as per the Company's Code of conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from October 20, 2015 to October 26, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the Company's Directors / Officers & Designated Employees of the Company. |
