1. To consider and approve the standalone un-audited financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and period ended December 31, 2017.
2. To consider and declare the payment of interim dividend for the year 2017-18, if any and fixation of record date for such matter.
Further, the trading window of the Company will remain closed in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation from January 25, 2018 to the closing hours of February 04, 2018 (Both days inclusive). |
