| Exchange Disseminated Time | R P P Infra Projects Ltd has informed BSE that the members of the Company will consider to approve by way of Postal Ballot the following Special Resolutions:
1. Change of Object Clause of Memorandum of Association.
2. Commencement of any business as set out in other objects clause of the memorandum of Association.
3. To borrow moneys in excess of paid up capital and free reserves.
4. Allowong the Company to create Mortgage or Charge on the assets of Company in favour of lenders.
Duly completed postal ballot forms should reach the Scrutinizer on or before June 27, 2012.
The Scrutinizer will submit his report to the Chairman or any Director of the Company. The results of the voting by postal ballot will be announced by Chairman on June 30, 2012 at 12 Noon at the Registered Office of the Company at III Floor, P and C Towers, No.140, Perundurai Road, Erode - 638011.
