Further, in accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 1992, and the Code of Conduct of the Company, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from February 05, 2015 to February 14, 2015 (both days inclusive). |
