| Exchange Disseminated Time 16/06/2016 16:07:50 | Kajaria Ceramics Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 16, 2016, has approved the following:
1. Sub-division of the equity shares of the Company from Rs. 2 each fully paid up to Re. 1 each fully paid up. Details required as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015 is enclosed. This is however, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
2. Amendment in clause V (Capital Clause) of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. This is however, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
3. Amendment in "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading'’ as made under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015''. Copy of the same is enclosed. |
