1. 3,63,000 Equity Shares allotted to Promoter upon conversion of 3,63,000 Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Warrants.

2. 7,97,000 Equity Shares allotted to outside Bodies Corporate upon conversion of 7,97,000 Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Warrants.
