| Exchange Disseminated Time | TVS Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that at the Board held on April 24, 2010, the Board of Directors have re-designated Mr. S S Raman, Whole time Director as Managing Director and varied the terms of his appointment. He will be paid remuneration for the remaining term of office i.e. from April 01, 2010 to April 30, 2012. The remuneration payable to him is governed by Part II of the Schedule XIII of the Companies Act 1956.
Necessary resolutions will be placed at the ensuing Annual General Meeting for the shareholders approval. |
