| Exchange Disseminated Time | Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has informed BSE that the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 30, 2008, inter alia, have taken the following decisions:
1. Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2008 and the Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date were approved by the Shareholders.
2. Dividend @ 11% was approved.
3. Shri. Ambalal C Patel was re-appointed as Director.
4. Appointment of M/s. V Parekh & Associates, Chartered Accountants as Auditors of the company.
5. Special resolution under Section 81(1A) to raise capital upto USD 250 Million was approved. |
