1. approved the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017.
2. declared an interim dividend of Re. 0.70 per share for the financial year 2017-18. The said interim dividend, will be paid on and from February 5, 2018.
A copy each of the above Unaudited Financial Results, as approved by the Board is enclosed for your information and record. A copy of the Press Release being issued by the Company is enclosed and is also being uploaded on the website of the Company viz., www.jmfl.com.Further, pursuant to regulation 33(3)(c)(i) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are also forwarding herewith a copy of the 'Limited Review Report', received from our Statutory Auditors, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP on the above Financial Results.
