| Exchange Disseminated Time | Kernex Microsystems India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 11, 2014, inter alia, approved the following:
1. Mr. K. Ramanjaneyulu, Company Secretary has resigned from the company with effect from the June 15, 2014.
2. The Company has appointed Mr. N. Subhash as whole-time Company Secretary. He is designated as compliance officer in place of Mr. K. RamanjaneyuIu (Resigned Company Secretary)
3. The Company also appointed Mr. K. Suman Kumar as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as a Key Managerial Person.
The Company has filed necessary forms on September 04, 2014, to the Registrar of Companies for effecting of above said items. |
