| Exchange Disseminated Time | India Motor Parts & Accessories Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 04, 2014, inter alia, have appointed Mr. S Kalyanaraman as Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the Company with effect from February 06, 2014 in place of Mr. N Kumar, Company Secretary & Compliance officer of the company who has resigned from the services of the company and will be relieved at the close of office hours on February 05, 2014.
Mr. S Kalyanaraman will liaise with statutory authorities like SEBI, Stock Exchanges, Registrar of Companies etc. and Investors with respect to implementation of various clauses, rules, regulations, and other directives of such authorities and investor service and complaints related matters. |
