| Exchange Disseminated Time | SNS Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the members at the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 23, 2010, inter alia, have accorded to the following:
1. Adoption of the Directors' Report including Report on Corporate Governance, Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2010 and Profit and Loss Account of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2010.
2. Re-appointed the retiring Director Mr. Satish V. Batavia as a Director of the Company, liable to retire by rotation.
3. Appointed M/s. Natvarlal Vepari & Co., Chartered Accountants, Surat as Auditors of the Company to hold the office until conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting on a remuneration payable to them be fixed by the Board of Directors of the Company in consultation with them. |
