| Exchange Disseminated Time | | Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for considering Preferential issue of Equity Warrants to Promoters Group as per SEBI Guidelines for all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from February 17, 2014 to February 20, 2014 (both days inclusive). Accordingly all the Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window. |
