1. Appointed Mr. Dharam Pal Sharma, as on Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from August 13, 2015.
2. Has also appointed Mr. Dharam Pal Sharma as Whole Time Director of Company with effect from August 13, 2015.
3. Designated Mr. Dharam Pal Sharma as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company in terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Companies [Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel), Rules, 2014 w.e.f. August 13, 2015. |
