1. Board noted that the accumulated losses of the company are more than 50% of its peak net worth, the Company is a potentially sick company in accordance with the Section 23 of Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985.
2. Board accepted the resignation tendered by Mrs. Nandinin Malpani from the Directorship of the Company effective from May 20, 2016 and authorized Mr. Anurag Mishra, Company Secretary to do the necessary formalities for this. |
