| Exchange Disseminated Time 17/10/2016 17:44:08 | Morarjee Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 25, 2016, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Limited Review Report thereon, for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016, for the Financial Year 2016-2017.
Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the “Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders” framed by the Company, the “Trading Window” for trading in the securities of the Company by any “Insider” covered under the said Code shall be closed from October 18, 2016 to October 27, 2016 (both days inclusive). |
