| Exchange Disseminated Time | Emkay Global Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that Remuneration /Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on October 21, 2010 have transacted the following business:
1. Granted 5,55,000 stock options representing equivalent number of equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at the price of Rs. 93/- per option, to the employee(s) of the Company under Employee Stock Option Plan 2010 (ESOP-201Q) through trust route.
These stock options shall vest in the following manner.
01st October, 2013 - 30%
01st October, 2014 - 30%
01st October, 2015 - 40%
2. Allotted 7,300 equity shares of Rs. 10 each under ESOP-2007 to the eligible employees of the Company. Therefore, the Issued and Paid-up Equity Shares Capital of the Company has increased from 2,44,19,950 equity shares to 2,44,27,250 equity shares. |
