"RASHTRIYA COAL GAS FERTILIZERS LIMITED". to establish and operate new coal gasification based Fertilizer Complex (Ammonia Urea Complex) at Talcher along with power plant and associated facilities at Talcher unit of FCIL and to market its products. |
